We cordially invite the public to participate in the public roadshow for the IPO (“Public Roadshow”), which will be conducted on Monday 27 July 2020 via Zoom.
RHB Securities (Cambodia) Plc. is the Principal Advisor and Underwriter for the IPO.
The Company has received the final approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (“SECC”) for the IPO and has duly registered the Disclosure Document on 22 July 2020.
Established since 2010, PESTECH (Cambodia) is an integrated electric power technology company. We are principally engaged in the provision of comprehensive power system engineering and technical solutions for the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of renewable energy solutions, high-voltage (“HV”) and extra-high-voltage (“EHV”) substations, HV and EHV transmission lines as well as underground power cable systems for electricity transmission and distribution. The Company is also engaged in the operation and maintenance of transmission assets. The holding company, PESTECH International Berhad is currently listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the stock exchange in Malaysia.

3. PARTICULARS OF THE IPO
- IPO OF UP TO 3,945,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN PESTECH (CAMBODIA);
- AT THE IPO PRICE OF KHR3,120 OR USD0.76 PER SHARE, PAYABLE IN FULL UPON APPLICATION.
* In the event the closing date of the application is extended and notification is made, the date of the allotment and listing shall be extended accordingly. PESTECH (Cambodia) shall notify the public via both Khmer and English newspapers accredited by the SECC.
